Data Deletion Instructions

You may ask Max Ply to delete personal information associated with your communications with us, subject to information we are legally or operationally required to retain.

How to request deletion

Send a deletion request to the Max Ply email address shown on maxply.in. State that you are requesting deletion of your personal data and include the phone number or other identifier used to communicate with Max Ply so we can locate the relevant records.

Verification

We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request relates to you before deleting records.

What we will delete

Where applicable, we will delete or de-identify personal information held in our business messaging and automation systems that is not required for an ongoing transaction or a legitimate retention requirement.

Records we may retain

Certain invoices, tax records, accounting records, transaction records, security logs, or other information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate business, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes.

Third-party platforms

Deleting information from Max Ply systems does not automatically delete information independently held by third-party services such as WhatsApp or Meta. Requests concerning those platforms may need to be made directly to the relevant provider.
